We collect only what we need to process and fulfill your orders and to run the site:
Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, shipping address (only if you choose shipping), the items you order, your preferred contact method, your preferred payment method, and any note you add to an order. If you create an account, we also store your email, phone, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as your IP address and general usage information, used to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic. We use privacy-conscious analytics that do not build advertising profiles of you.
We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Payment is arranged separately with you after your order is reviewed.
We use your information to: review, process, and fulfill your orders; contact you by email or text to arrange payment, shipping, and pickup; provide shipping quotes and tracking; maintain your account and order history; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with our legal obligations; and improve the site. We use your information only for these purposes.
If you provide a mobile number and place an order, we may send you text messages about that order (to arrange payment, shipping, or pickup). These are transactional messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to be contacted by email about your order.
We share your information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to perform their service:
• Hosting & database providers that store the site and order data.
• Email provider, to send order confirmations and updates.
• Shipping provider and the carrier (UPS), to obtain rates, generate labels, and provide tracking when you choose shipping — this requires sharing your name and shipping address.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We use a minimal amount of local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and privacy-conscious analytics to measure aggregate site performance and traffic. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information; see "Your Choices" below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential communications. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right to deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our site and products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and the site is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
