All orders are subject to review and acceptance. The seller may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before processing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping is quoted separately and is not included in any product total shown. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Products must be stored and handled per recommended guidelines. The seller is not responsible for degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect; claims must be made within the stated period.
The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The customer agrees to hold the seller harmless from claims arising from use or misuse of the products.
